1. KEY TERMS

1.1. Bits and Parts: A spin-off initiated by the Joris Laarman Lab (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2. 3D Content: 3D printable files supplied by a Bits and Parts.

1.3. 3D Print: 3D content turned into a physical object by a 3D printer, operated by a client or a Hub.

1.4. Client: A person who purchases a product from the Bits and Parts website.

1.5. Hub: A User who operates a 3D printer and offers 3D printing services through the 3DHubs website.

2. GENERAL

Bits and Parts has no control over the production and assembly process (3d printer model, filament choice, printed settings, connection method, any other settings and all other variables). Bits and Parts is therefore not liable for the quality of the printed product nor is Bits and Parts liable for any possible damage resulting from it whatsoever. The client himself is held responsible for the safe production, assembly and use of the 3d printed product.

By agreeing to the Terms and Service, the client agrees to keep the 3d content to himself. The 3d content may not be distributed further in any way or form. The client is allowed to print each purchase only once. It is not allowed to change the 3d content in any way.

Bits and Parts distances itself from products ordered through 3DHubs. We are not liable for the quality of the 3d content printed by a hub. We are not liable for any possible damage resulting from the printed product. Bits and Parts is not liable for any form of interaction between the client and a Hub.

3DHubs and the hubs themselves are not liable for any possible damage resulting from the printed product. By agreeing with the terms and conditions of Bits and Parts, you also agree with the terms of 3DHubs which can be found on www.3dHubs.com.
